In reviewing and accepting these terms, I understand that I should always consult a physician or health care provider before beginning any nutrition or exercise program, and that the use of the programs, advice, and information provided is at the sole choice and risk of the participant. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge RoMe Total Fitness, Ron Carter, Melody A. Carter, and all others from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities, or my use of equipment or machinery in any and all suggested exercise and nutrition programs.
